As you may be aware we are currently in the process of shutting down production at our McClean Lake operation. We anticipate this shutdown to last a couple of years and during this time, we will only have a minimal crew to perform the care and maintenenance activities at the McClean Lake operation. In this context, we are not actively recruiting, however, from time to time we may need to fill positions that become vacant.
